Garden coaching sessions are collaborative and personalized, giving you practical advice and ideas to unlock your garden’s full potential. Sessions often include a walkthrough of your property to observe conditions, talk through ideas, and identify realistic next steps.
Consultations may include:
Ornamental plant selection and placement
Garden layout and planting design concepts
Broad design guidance during a property walk
Seasonal planning and timing
Soil improvement strategies
Wildlife-aware and low-maintenance approaches
Limited guidance for edible gardens within mixed-use spaces
What to Expect
Scope and Expectations
Garden Coaching focuses on guidance and planning. Plants, planting services, and detailed drawings are not included, though design or planting services may be available depending on scope, timing, and availability.
1 hour: Ideal for a property walk, troubleshooting, or broad design discussions
1.5 - 2 hours: Better for multiple areas or more detailed planning

How Much Time Should I Book?
Garden Coaching is a completely custom experience—no two gardens are alike and we are excited to offer personalized advice and plans that are solely for your garden. Whether a certified Master Gardener with a tough problem or a newbie, we’re going to meet you wherever you are with no pressure to have everything figured out. That’s where we come in!
Meeting You Where You Are
$75/hour, including travel time.
Optional Add-On: Visit Summary and Plant List ($25)
Pricing
A follow-up session offers continued support once plants are in the ground and the season is underway.
Flat free: $65/session
Includes plant health check-ins, pruning guidance, fertilizing tips, watering adjustments, seasonal care advice.
