Tips for Successful Planting

  1. Dig a hole 2-3 times the size of the root ball.

  2. Loosen the soil on the bottom.

  3. Set plant in hole so top of root ball is 1” above ground level.

  4. Add soil amendment (We recommend Daddy Pete’s! Or equivalent.) to removed soil.

  5. Fill half the hole with soil mix.

  6. Water in.

  7. Fill hole completely and water in.

  8. Add more soil mixture as needed to adjust for setting.

  9. Top with mulch to retain moisture
